The Overlook is three hundred forty-five thousand, eight hundred dollars, including the finished walkout lower level. Its concept program provides three bedrooms and two and a half baths across two levels. The two-car garage connection is a breezeway concept, subject to final design.

The Whitney begins at three hundred sixty-two thousand dollars, with two bedrooms and two baths. The optional bonus addition is thirty-two thousand, five hundred dollars, bringing the total to three hundred ninety-four thousand, five hundred dollars before other contracted upgrades or site-work premiums.

The Bordeaux is three hundred sixty-seven thousand, eight hundred dollars, with three bedrooms and two baths. Its two-car front-entry garage connects to the home through an open breezeway.
