Savannah Lakes Village is not waiting on its amenities. The Property Owners Association already owns and operates two championship golf courses, a 23,000-square-foot recreation complex, indoor and outdoor pools, clay tennis and pickleball courts, a fitness center and four restaurants and cafés.
Add more than 60 member-led clubs and a calendar of concerts and social events, and the result is a community where it is easy to stay busy and easier still to make friends.

The recreation complex puts the pools, fitness room, bowling lanes, courts and Village Café within a few steps of each other. It is open seven days a week, with after-hours access from 4 a.m. to 11 p.m. for members.

Bridge, euchre and mahjong. Art, quilting and theater. Year-round concerts, themed parties and club events at the clubhouses and the recreation center. The POA describes more than 60 member-led hobby and interest groups, so newcomers rarely stay new for long.
