This facility, owned and operated by the Self Regional healthcare system, provides access to advanced diagnostics and specialty services and the resources of the area’s largest healthcare provider – a complete network of care for you and your family. They also offer outpatient physical therapy services. Whether physical impairments are acute, chronic, or pre/post-operative, the therapists are dedicated to providing the best quality care with the goal of returning the patient to work, daily living, sport, and leisure activities safely.
A branch of the Abbeville Area Medical Center, this facility provides acute and preventative care, adult medicine, pediatric care, women’s health, annual and medicare “welcome” physical, lab testing, and minor procedures.
Our third facility, a branch of South Atlantic Healthcare, provides comprehensive rehabilitation services and transitional care to multiple programs for specific health issues. It also houses a 120-bed short or long-term nursing facility where patients receive skilled care and dedication.
First Responders
Savannah Lakes Village has two fire departments on campus within our master-planned community with a first responder medical team at the ready. The McCormick County Emergency Vehicles Fleet also has five nearby ambulances.

Self Regional’s flagship hospital facility in Greenwood, SC is just 30 minutes from the Savannah Lakes community. It is the largest hospital in six surrounding counties. Self Regional is a 414-bed medical and referral center with national awards in neurosurgery and spine care, orthopedics, cancer treatment, heart and vascular care, and stroke care. They provide advanced healthcare services to a population of over a quarter of a million people.

The Charlie Norwood VA Medical Center is a Veterans Administration hospital in Augusta, Georgia. The center has two campuses: Downtown Division and Uptown Division. The Downtown Division is a seven-story complex in Augusta’s Medical District. Emergency department services are located at the Downtown Division.
