Care you can rely on.

Savannah Lakes Village is fortunate to be surrounded by great healthcare services. Our community is home to the following facilities, which are all located within our master-planned community.

This facility, owned and operated by the Self Regional healthcare system, provides access to advanced diagnostics and specialty services and the resources of the area’s largest healthcare provider – a complete network of care for you and your family. They also offer outpatient physical therapy services. Whether physical impairments are acute, chronic, or pre/post-operative, the therapists are dedicated to providing the best quality care with the goal of returning the patient to work, daily living, sport, and leisure activities safely.

A branch of the Abbeville Area Medical Center, this facility provides acute and preventative care, adult medicine, pediatric care, women’s health, annual and medicare “welcome” physical, lab testing, and minor procedures.

Our third facility, a branch of South Atlantic Healthcare, provides comprehensive rehabilitation services and transitional care to multiple programs for specific health issues. It also houses a 120-bed short or long-term nursing facility where patients receive skilled care and dedication.
