Ideal-LIVING researched communities from our readers’ most-desired areas based on survey results. Each year we survey our readers to determine the most popular destinations and amenities. The destinations featured in this special issue are representative of those desires.
The Community has received numerous awards including one of “America’s 100 Best Planned Communities” by Ideal-LIVING Magazine, “Best Overall Active Adult Community” by National Active Retirement Association, and America’s “100 Best Master Planned Communities,” by Where to Retire. They’ve also been recognized as a “50 Top Golf Community,” by Retirement Lifestyles. Savannah Lakes Village was also South Carolina’s first “Firewise” community.
To secure your plot, payment is due at the time of signup. You may sign up at the Community Services office located at 350 Country Club Drive. In order to maintain a fair process for everyone, all signups will be secured in person. Sign-ups are limited to one plot per household as a part of the initial sign-up period. There are 36 plots of various sizes and prices remaining.
