Savannah Lakes Village offers homesites in golf-course, lake and wooded settings across six neighborhoods: Shenandoah, Savannah Point, Monticello, Magnolia, Tara and Southwind. Lakefront. Lots that border the shoreline. Dock rights are not automatic: a Shoreline Use Permit is issued for five years and ends when the property is sold, and some areas do not allow permits at all.
Lake-view. Elevated or angled lots with a view of the water. Views change with leaf cover and lake level.
Lake-access. Wooded or golf-course lots near the water. Savannah Lakes Marina provides rentals and slips; no slip comes with a lot.
