What does a home cost?
Homes range from $290,000 to $350,000, depending on the model and homesite.
Is the HOA maintenance plan required?
No. The Savannah Lakes Village POA fee is required. The tiered maintenance HOA is optional, and you can opt in or out.
What does "maintenance free" landscaping mean?
Very little grass. Yards use native, drought-tolerant shrubs and grasses in mulch beds on drip irrigation, and Tier 1 or higher covers their care.
Can I choose my model and plan orientation?
Yes. Each lot has a planned model and plan to keep the streetscape varied. Talk with us when you reserve.
Who can use the amenity center?
It is a private amenity for residents of The Cottages at Whitney. All Savannah Lakes Village POA amenities are also available through your POA membership.
