  2. Pick a plan with EMC Homes and match it to the lot's orientation, slope and setbacks.

  4. Request VIP access at The Cottages at Whitney: 1,200 to 1,500 square feet, a limited collection available Spring 2027, VIP access by request.

Before you sign

  • Final price, including lot, upgrades and closing costs, confirmed in writing.
  • Survey, drainage, tree clearing and utility connections.
  • POA architectural review, described in the POA's community documents.
  • Dock eligibility on lake lots, under Corps shoreline rules.
