Dawn is a proud graduate of East Carolina University, spent 21 years in the mortgage industry and over10 years in the automotive industry. With a lifetime of experience and a passion for sales, transitioning to real estate just made sense. Now she enjoys sharing her experience and love of this community with her clients while helping them find their next dream home.

 When she isn’t working or visiting her grown daughter Millie in Charleston, Dawn enjoys spending time with her four King Charles Cavaliers, cooking, playing golf, reading, running, and kayaking around lake Thurmond.
