   Eddie Addison has over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry. He began his career in 1989 right here at Savannah Lakes Village. Eddie learned quickly that location and community were every bit as important to his buyers as the homes they purchased. For almost 10 years he helped people find, build and settle into their dream homes here in McCormick, SC.

   In 1998 Eddie and his family relocated to Southport, NC for a change of scenery. There he worked for St. James Plantation, another master planned community that he fell in love with instantly. His straight forward approach has earned the trust of many clients over the years. He takes it personally….if you win, he wins.

   Eddie and his wife of 39 years, Lisa have 3 grown children, 4 grandchildren and are happy to call Savannah Lakes Village home once again. He loves this business, the community, meeting new people and helping them with this exciting new chapter in their lives. It’s important to him to make a difference, not only at work but in his community. When he isn’t helping people realize their dreams, Eddie and Lisa love being outdoors, high school and college lacrosse, helping at the local food bank and being involved in multiple volunteer programs.
