VIP early access opens for The Cottages at Whitney at Savannah Lakes Village

McCORMICK, S.C., October 22, 2026: Savannah Lakes Village Real Estate has opened VIP early access for The Cottages at Whitney, a new neighborhood of low-maintenance homes at Savannah Lakes Village on Lake Thurmond, built in partnership with EMC Homes. First release is November 1.

The collection offers four home designs, each priced with the lot, a two-car garage and landscaping included:

  • The Spike Horn: 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, about 1,094 sq ft, from $295,000
  • The Overlook: 3 bedrooms, 2½ baths, about 1,360 sq ft, from $345,800
  • The Whitney: 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, about 1,448 sq ft, from $362,000
  • The Bordeaux: 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, about 1,560 sq ft, from $367,800

VIP early access offers first access to choose a lot, subject to availability and final contract language. It is not a reservation, price lock or guarantee. First deliveries are expected starting spring 2027, depending on contract execution.

Savannah Lakes Village includes the Monticello and Tara golf courses, a recreation complex and a marina on Lake Thurmond. Savannah Lakes Village is not an age-restricted community. Homes and homesites are available to all buyers.
