The Amphitheater is envisioned for a natural, already-cleared bowl on the marina point, just west of the docks. The ground falls gently toward the southwest, so the covered stage sits at the low end with the lake behind it and terraced lawn seating rises up the hill. Guests arrive at the top of the bowl and walk down to their seats under the pines.

A covered stage, reserved seating up front and terraced lawn rising up the hill, with bleachers at the sides.
An open lawn between the amphitheater and the point, used for overflow seating on concert nights and for recreation every other day.

The best seat might be your boat.
The amphitheater sits a short walk from the marina, so boaters can tie up and stroll to the show. On the biggest nights, the plan includes a raft-up viewing area on the water, so neighbors can enjoy the concert from their own deck.

Smoke, sauce and a headliner.
The lawn is planned for a four-day barbecue championship and food festival: a Thursday welcome reception, pitmaster turn-ins for chicken, ribs, pork and brisket, a public vendor village, and music every day on the gathering stage. Headline concerts on the main stage on Friday and Saturday nights, then a Sunday farewell brunch.
Mist on the lake, dew on the lawn and the pines standing guard until the next show.
Easy arrival
Parking and cart access already reach the pad above the bowl. For sold-out shows, event parking is planned on nearby land, with a cart trail and shuttle to the gate.
Make a night of it
Dinner at Dockside, a drink at Sport & Tiki on the beach, then a short walk to the show. All are planned for the marina point.
Built in phases
Seating grows over time, so early seasons can open without waiting for the full build-out.
Music and gatherings today
There is already plenty going on.
While the amphitheater is in planning, residents enjoy clubs, dining and community events across the village and around the lake.
The Amphitheater, its stage, seating, lawn, parking plan, festival and event program are proposed concepts. Images are concept renderings, not photographs of a completed venue. Capacity, season, show count, siting, access, licensing, operator and timing remain subject to planning, permitting and approvals. No tickets or events are available yet.
